The NCBD-7 is a PNC single-sided boring and dowel insertion machine manufactured by Yaei Iron Works, which we handle. It was developed with a thorough pursuit of production efficiency from both processing time and non-processing time perspectives. By injecting medium-viscosity adhesive into the intermediate position of the dowel hole, the adhesive is firmly applied to the side of the dowel, achieving sufficient bonding strength. Additionally, the mesh injection time can be finely adjusted in 0.01-second increments, allowing for the realization of injection amounts suitable for material densities such as particle board, MDF, plywood, and solid wood.
